Main responsibility

Here are my main responsibilities for Native Production, listed in short and concise bullet points:

• in hand to reviewing project scope and requirements within the budget
• Manage resources, including monitoring progress and manage their service fee
• Facilitate the team with documents they need to start the development
• Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
• Conduct regular reviews and quality checks to ensure project meets requirements and specifications

As a project manager working in Native Production, I primarily use Notion to manage my projects. With customizable database templates and boards, i manage to create separate database for every projects coming and create a system that fits my team needs perfectly. We have a database set up for each project so that we can track tasks, deadlines and progress.

I also visualize and create a clear menu for my team, with the right structure and placement Notion also great for storing files and keep it clean and easy to find.

I had to track files across multiple platforms, which was a huge headache for me. But with Notion, you can upload all your files in one place and access them from anywhere. You can also attach files directly to tasks and notes, making it easy to find what you need when you need it.

‍Finally, i use Notion to track the progress ofour projects. By setting up a database that tracks the time spent on each task, so it can be easily to see the progress, the person in charge and how much time is left to complete your project. I also like the ability to set reminders and due dates in Notion.

‍Overall, as a native production project manager, i'm playing a role to keep every project keep on update whenever It's for the team, the document, the client and the payment process for our team.
