Long Short Story

A little story, I started my career as a social media assistant, in the first and second year, engagement was not an important thing for me at that time, times pass by, and I am moving to a different industry in the 3rd years, I began to realize that the content I created was not ONLY content, but more than that.

This year I'm a social media manager, and all of sudden numbers are an incredible thing, and this is where the problems start. I started looking for the right formation to create interesting and informative content, but unfortunately I think the number of engagement in my content that I get, is not good enough.

Months of struggling with research, continuous testing, and never getting a good results, I think maybe it's true, "I'm not a good social media manager", because how come my videos always get the lowest place. But this May is different, after being bored for a long time, I'm starting to create content for my personal account again, no structure, no script & no proper preparation, just be a who I am

But it turned BOOM

the original content that I recorded without preparation was suddenly sent a bunch of notification, and much, much beyond of my expectation. One of the videos even hit more than 1M views, and my account just grow to 12.5K followers just in a week.

And what even more surprised, one of Instagram account named @cepatresign was repost my video and that video just hit over 1 Million views🥳
