Hey everyone! It's been a while since my last writing, but now I'm back with an exciting story about my experience teaching digital marketing and content creation in Timika, Papua. This story marks my first time teaching outside of Bali and has truly opened my eyes to the cultural diversity and incredible eagerness for learning.

the most memorable and the most enjoyable moment that i want to share with you:
When I received an invitation to be an instructor in a digital skills training in Timika, Papua, I felt a mix of nervousness and excitement. The journey to the location was quite challenging, but upon arrival, I was greeted by breathtaking scenery and friendly people. I started the training with high spirits, sharing knowledge about digital marketing and content creation with participants from diverse backgrounds and skill sets. They were incredibly enthusiastic and eager to learn, even though some of them were using digital technology for the first time.
As a professional in the web3 and blockchain technology field, I'm more accustomed to online interactions. However, this experience opened my eyes to the importance of in-person teaching. Seeing the participants' facial expressions and being able to communicate with them directly provided invaluable experiences. I learned a lot from these face-to-face interactions, including time management skills and delivering a deeper understanding to the participants.
One of the most impressive aspects of teaching in Timika was encountering individuals who were genuinely interested in learning digital skills. The participants came from various backgrounds, including students, office workers, and stay-at-home parents. They possessed remarkable enthusiasm and determination to enhance their knowledge and skills in the digital world. I felt honored and inspired by their spirit, which motivated me to give my best in teaching and sharing knowledge.
This experience taught me that opportunities for learning and teaching are not limited to a specific place or group. In Timika, Papua, I witnessed the significance of digital learning for communities in remote areas. I feel compelled to continue contributing to improving their digital skills and providing broader opportunities for them to develop their potential in this digital era.
